Jamona Golden Silk of TTC Land wins the Vietnam Property Awards 2018
The Jamona Golden Silk Urban Area project developed by TTC Land in District 7 was honored to win the "Best High End Condo Landscape Architectural Design" award – the annual Vietnam Property Awards 2018.
The Award is organized and selected by PropertyGuru Media Group (Singapore).

Jamona Golden Silk has the scale of 7.6 hectares, of which construction density is only 27.9%. The remaining 70% of the area are park and 31 complete utilities for residents, from healthcare, education, shopping, entertainment, riverside park, BBQ area etc.
The project has two subdivisions: low-rise area (Jamona Golden Silk) with 226 villas, terraced house and high-rise area (Jamona Heights) with 2 blocks including more than 300 apartments and office-tel.
The landscape of Jamona Golden Silk is highlighted by many green areas arranged throughout the project such as "green lung" creating a friendly and cool feeling for residents. The project owns three large and small parks with a total area of 18,000 m2, of which 6.000 m2 is a children's playground.
In addition, the project also owns riverside roads, internal roads with many stops, rest chairs for residents to comfortably relax as well as to enjoy sightseeing. Most of the residents who have lived in Jamona Golden Silk highly appreciate the housing quality as well as the outstanding utilities that the project brings.
