TTC Phu Quoc's superproject is launched with several strategic agreements signed

According to Mr. Vo Quoc Khanh, General Director of TTC Phu Quoc cum General Director of TTC Land (SCR), after a short time from launching, the Selashine shophouse in the Phu Quoc luxury resort complex urban area has only a few units left for sale.

On May 24, TTC Group worked with investor Toan Hai Van Joint Stock Company (TTC Phu Quoc) and Saigon Thuong Tin Real Estate Joint Stock Company (TTC Land) to successfully organize the Opening Ceremony for Selashine Commercial Street and sign Strategic Collaboration Agreement.

According to the investor, Selashine commercial street is part of the larger Selavia urban complex in Phu Quoc, which spans up to 300 hectares. The project is located in Dam Bay, one of the prime locations, integrating infrastructure, transportation, and a modernized administrative together with a commercial center all at the same time.

During the ceremony, Mr. Khanh highlighted that the seaside shophouse product in complex metropolitan regions has witnessed an impressive price increase over the years thanks to limited new supply and diverse business formats in tourism places.

Selavia Phu Quoc is owned by parent group shares, and TTC Land is the project's developer, distributor, and investor. TTC Land will benefit from the efficiency of the project. At the moment, TTC Land is collaborating with the group's leaders on a step-by-step M&A and project collaboration.

TTC Land has targeted a business objective of VND 2,135 billion in net sales and VND 300 billion in profit before tax for 2022, an increase of 27% and 24%, respectively over 2021. This year, TTC Land also promoted sales activities for projects such as Panomax, Tamashi, Selavia, Jamona Heights, Charmington Iris, etc, and improved occupancy rates in building for lease such as STM TTC Plaza Duc Trong, Belleza, Jamona Heights.

Meanwhile, the company focuses on completing legal formalities for projects to bring into operation as well as planned projects for the coming years, such as Panomax, Charmington Dragonic, TTC Plaza Duc Trong, Chamington Tamashi, Jamona Golf & Life, Charmington Iris, and Charmington Tan Son Nhat.
