TTC LAND EXCEEDED TARGET IN THE FIRST 6 MONTHS OF 2022

On July 14, 2022, Saigon Thuong Tin Real Estate Joint Stock Company - TTC Land (Stock code: SCR) hold a Preliminary Conference at TTC headquarter building to recap operations in the first half and deploy plan for the last 6 months of 2022.

The conference aims to assess business performance, executive management, organizing the implementation in the first 6 months of 2022. On that basis, the board will determine solutions to remove difficulties and obstacles, promote strengths and overcome shortcomings to complete the company’s plans and goals in 2022.

According to the first half of 2022 performance report presented by Ms. Pham Thi Khue - Deputy General Director of TTC Land, Vietnam's macro economy in the early months of the year is considered to be on a positive and rapid recovery. GDP growth reached 6.42% over the same period, the CPI (Consumer Price Index) in 06/2022 increased by 3.18% compared to the beginning of 2022 and increased by 3.37% over the same period last year. For the real estate sector, despite being heavily affected by the Covid-19 pandemic, the real estate market is still “fever” from the North to the South and is expected to continue to attract investors due to the optimistic signals of the macro-economy, public investment, and very large demanding for housing in 2022. Particularly in Ho Chi Minh City, the real estate market is having a clear bounce after the "new normal" period, especially the dramatic spike in demand for residential and office real estate.

Regarding the accumulate business results of first 6 months 2022, net revenue reached 492 billion VND, profit before tax reached 166 billion VND (equivalent to 66% of the whole year plan). Recently handed over projects are in the process of granting certificates to customers according to commitments. The company is also preparing to open a Mall in Duc Trong and start construction of a new project. Investment, finance, business, and other operations are concentrated to gather resources on key goals.

The following practical reports and discussion topics were also presented at the conference: “Report on Inspection of the Company's activities in the first half and plan for the last 6 months of 2022” of the Internal Audit Department; Presentation on topic "Core Values of Marketing Communications of The Selavia Complex"; "Development of after-sales policy in Operations Management - A tool to maintain and increase real estate value" by managers at all levels.

Mr. Vo Quoc Khanh - General Director of TTC Land emphasized that the main goal latter half of the year is to focus on product sales of the Company, the Group, and partners; implementation of Tamashi Da Nang project; reviewing and adjusting the strategy for the period 2021-2025; develop the 2023 budget plan according to the new update strategy; complete the entire personnel machine; perfecting the IT system to meet the Company's development requirements, etc.

At the same time, she was also deeply pointing out the shortcomings and remaining problems that must to be resolve in order to complete the assigned targets.
