I. CONCEPT
- “Website” is an information system used to establish a brand’s electronic information page presented in the form of symbols, numbers, letters, images, sounds and other forms of information serving the provision and use of information on the Internet.

II. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
1. The Website and the Content on the Website are owned/copyrighted by the trademark and/or third party licensed to TTC Land, protected under the provisions of the Vietnamese Intellectual Property Law and relevant laws. The User has no rights, claims or interests related to the Content on the Website. The User agrees not to make any statements or take any actions to establish, exercise rights or claims to the Content on the Website.
2. Except in the cases: (i) specified in Clause 1, Section IV; or (ii) with prior written consent of TTC Land; or (iii) permitted by Vietnamese law, the following acts shall be considered as infringement of TTC Land's intellectual property rights, specifically:
- Any act of using, copying, reproducing, republishing, editing, storing, reproducing, transmitting, distributing, renting, leasing, selling or commercially exploiting any Content on the Website in any way;
- Distributing, translating, modifying, decoding, creating derivative works, tampering with the Content on the Website in any way; - Other acts of infringing intellectual property rights according to the Law on Intellectual Property and relevant legal provisions.
III. OUR RIGHTS
1. Change and/or terminate part or all of the Content on the Website without prior notice or giving any reason for the updated or supplemented content.
2. Request the User to stop accessing the Website and/or using the Content on the Website in the following cases:
a. Infringement of intellectual property rights of TTC Land according to Section II of these Terms of Use;
b. Use of the Content on the Website in cases that are restricted or prohibited according to Section IV of these Terms of Use.
3. Request the User to compensate for all damages incurred (if any) in case the User violates the provisions of these Terms of Use.
IV. RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF USERS
1. Use the Content on the Website (view, extract content (print, download, forward, ...) or share with others) but only for personal/internal and non-commercial use, provided that the source is cited and the link (link/url) to the Content on the Website is kept intact.
2. Ensure: (i) Comply with the Terms of Use and regulations of Vietnamese law related to accessing the Website and using the Content on the Website; (ii) Not to interfere or affect the access to the Website and use of the Content on the Website by other Users; (iii) Not to interfere with the operation and management of the brand's Website.
3. Terminate access to the Website and/or use of the Content on the Website in case the User does not agree with one or some or all of the Terms of Use.
V. RESTRICTED USE
We do not accept any use of the Website Content in any of the following cases:
1. Opposing the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
2. Infringing upon the personal freedom of others; and/or humiliating, defaming, or libeling others; and/or causing harm or disadvantage to others.
3. Disturbing public order;
4. Committing acts that violate Vietnamese law.
5. Disseminating and distributing information of third parties without their consent.
6. Using the Website Content for business and/or commercial purposes, including but not limited to contests, betting, bartering, advertising, or multi-level marketing without TTC Land's prior written consent.
7. Transmit electronic files infected with viruses that may damage and/or impair the operation of other electronic devices.
8. Use robots, spiders and/or any other methods to monitor and collect Website Content for any reuse purposes without prior written permission from TTC Land.
9. Use any device, software and/or any other methods to infringe or intentionally infringe the operation of the Website.
10. Any action that is illegal and/or prohibited under Vietnamese law.
11. Actions that infringe upon the legitimate rights and interests of TTC Land.
12. Any action that TTC Land unilaterally deems inappropriate or negatively affects the brand.
