Ms. Huynh Bich Ngoc personally owns 2.96% of capital and at the same time she is the representative for 28.64% of Thanh Thanh Cong's investment capital in SBT.
Thanh Thanh Cong Joint Stock Company - Bien Hoa (HoSE: SBT) has just received the shareholders' agreement in written document regarding of the dismissal of Mr. Le Ngoc Thong from the position of Board Member and Mr. See Beow Tean from the position of independent Board member. Since then, shareholders agreed to elect additional members to replace 1 independent Board Member and 1 Board member for a five-year period (2019-2024).
In this context, the Board of Directors continued to collect shareholders' opinions the second times by written document and nominated Ms. Huynh Bich Ngoc to become an independent Board Member and Mr. Hoang Manh Tien as a Board Member.

Ms. Huynh Bich Ngoc was born in 1962. She is the wife of Mr. Dang Van Thanh - Chairman of Thanh Thanh Cong Group (TTC), and the mother of Ms. Dang Huynh Uc My – a Member of SBT Board.
Ms. Ngoc is currently the Permanent Vice President of TTC, General Director of TTC Investment Joint Stock Company, Vice Chairwoman of Tin Nghia Corporation and Chairwoman of Toan Hai Van JSC. She is also the representative for 28.64% shares of TTC Investment in SBT.
If being elected, this is not the first time Ms Ngoc has participated in running a sugar business. Previously in 2010, she was the Chairwoman of Bourbon Tay Ninh, then the Chairwoman of Bien Hoa Sugar. She is also a co-founder and operator of TTC enterprise (the former company of TTC Group), specializing in the production and trading of alcohol, CO2 and molasses used in the production of monosodium glutamate, alcohol, food glaze, and processing animal feed, etc.
Ms. Ngoc has just finished purchasing 10 million SBT shares from June 19th to June 25th. Currently, she is owning more than 15.5 million SBT shares accounting for 2.96%.
Mr. Hoang Manh Tien, candidate of SBT Board Member was born in 1962, used to work at Sacombank, National Citizen Bank (NCB). He has worked at TTC Investment and Tourism Joint Stock Company since 2014 until now.
