TTC Group signs cooperation agreement with Ton Duc Thang University
On May 14, 2025, TTC Group and Ton Duc Thang University signed a cooperation agreement to leverage the strengths and potential of each party, contributing to the socio-economic development of the country.
The event holds significant meaning as a milestone in expanding the connection between TTC Group and the academic sector, aiming to develop human resources and explore comprehensive cooperation opportunities.
Strengthening business–academic linkages
Based on experience, capacity, and strategic development orientation, TTC and Ton Duc Thang University committed to becoming strategic partners, maximizing each other’s resources. Under the agreement, the two parties will implement activities including: recruitment and human resource development; bilateral career orientation and skills development programs; organizing site visits, internships, and practicums; supporting scholarship and learning assistance funds; cooperation in training and scientific research; consulting and providing corporate management solutions; and utilizing products and services of TTC and its subsidiaries as well as those of the university.
Huynh Bich Ngoc, permanent vice chairwoman and CEO of TTC Group, commended the graduate standards of Ton Duc Thang University students, who, besides academic knowledge, are also required to possess soft skills such as swimming proficiency and competence in at least one sport. She noted that this helps create a dynamic young generation and global citizens
In particular, TTC will grant Ton Duc Thang University, as well as its faculty and staff, preferential policies for products and services developed, co-invested, or distributed by TTC and its subsidiaries in sectors such as energy; tourism; real estate; industrial real estate; education; consumer goods; healthcare services; sugar, molasses, ethanol, and logistics; construction – industrial, civil, and infrastructure; and office and shopping center leasing services.

At the signing ceremony, Huynh Bich Ngoc, permanent vice chairwoman and CEO of TTC Group, expressed her impression of the modern scale, professional learning and research environment of Ton Duc Thang University, as well as the dedication and enthusiasm of its leadership, faculty, and staff.
Mr. Dang Hong Anh, vice president of the Vietnam Youth Federation, chairman of the Vietnam Young Entrepreneurs Association, and vice chairman of TTC Group, expressed his belief that the cooperation will open many positive and practical values in the future
Mr. Dang Hong Anh stated that, beyond its core business sectors, TTC Group has always identified education as a vital foundation for sustainable development under the motto “For the community, developing locally.” He expressed confidence that this cooperation will create positive and practical outcomes through training programs, learning opportunities, research projects, and other initiatives benefiting students, staff, and faculty from both institutions.

Representing Ton Duc Thang University, Dr. Tran Trong Dao, deputy secretary of the Party Committee and president, expressed his hope that this cooperation will generate substantive value and practical contributions to the development of both parties, and more broadly, to the sustainable development of the nation. He noted that today’s signing is not just a typical cooperation agreement but a milestone opening new opportunities in training, scientific research, technology transfer, and the development and implementation of meaningful, highly practical projects.
