Roofing TTC Land’ first project combing shopping mall and office in Ho Chi Minh City

In the morning of August 04th, Saigon Thuong Tin Real Estate Joint Stock Company (TTC Land), in cooperation with Toan Thinh Phat Construction Company (TTPCons)-the contractor, held a roofing ceremony of the commercial and services combining with office for lease complex in Binh Thanh TTC Plaza after nearly 1 year constructing, the event marked the completion of the raw part complying with the proposed schedule.

This is the first project combining shopping mall and office for lease in Ho Chi Minh City developed by TTC Land. TTC Plaza Binh Thanh (No 26, Ung Van Khiem street, Ward 25, Binh Thanh District) has an area of 5,570 m2, of which construction works are 3,214 m2. The project has a 10-storey tower block and a height of 44m including: basement for parking area and engineering works, 01st and 02nd floors for commercial and services area, 03rd to 6th floors and 7th to 9th floors are office and roofing area.

The project is located in front of two-way street (Ung Van Khiem) - in crowded area of Binh Thanh District center. From here, it is conveniently to transport to the surrounding areas such as Tan Son Nhat Airport, Mien Dong Bus Station, Hang Xanh Intersection, Sai Gon Bridge, Universities, Van Thanh Market as well as to Dong Nai and Binh Duong province through the main routes such as Ung Van Khiem street, Xo Viet Nghe Tinh street, Dien Bien Phu street, Pham Van Dong street, etc.
