Charmington Iris gets positive transaction rate in the “Ngau” month (July lunar calendar)

Contrary to fears that the real estate market will be quiet when entering the “Ngau” month (July lunar calendar), Charmington Iris located in District 4, Ho Chi Minh city still recorded positive transaction rate. Right at the launching of the new Iris Luxury Tower, 80% of the basket introduced to the market was reserved successfully.
