TTC Land is listed in Top 50 Vietnamese organizations with attractive employer brand in 2018

Previously, in Ho Chi Minh City, March 27th, it was hold the ceremony to honor 100 best places to work in Vietnam, 2018. Saigon Thuong Tin Real Estate Joint Stock Company (TTC Land) honored to be listed in the Top 50 Vietnamese organizations with attractive employer brand in 2018.

This is an annual prestigious survey conducted by Anphabe and Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI) in collaboration with Intage Vietnam Market Research Company as professional consultant. Passing the measurement on 674 enterprises in 24 industries, TTC Land is evaluated by employers as an attractive employer in the real estate sector, based on many criteria such as salary and bonus regime - welfare, culture - working environment, company reputation, working and living quality, etc.

The surveyor also provides in-depth evaluation information about employers' brand attractiveness according to evaluation of talents in each industry. Accordingly, they measure the specific working motivation of nearly 75,500 employees grouped by behaviors. The group biased toward extrinsic motivation (motivation comes from external factors) will focus on stability, pragmatism and reputation; and group biased toward self-motivation (motivation comes from inside of individuals) will focus on results, pursuing values and working passion.
