“Reveal” the business philosophy of TTC Land’s new captain

Having 20 years of experience in the field of finance, banking and real estate, Mr. Nguyen Dang Thanh with his a "customer-oriented" business philosophy has just been appointed as the Chairman cum CEO of TTC Land .

On April 23rd, 2019, Saigon Thuong Tin Real Estate Joint Stock Company (TTC LAND, SCR code) announced and awarded the decision to appoint the position of Chairman. On May 3rd, 2019, TTC LAND continued to announce and awarded the decision to appoint the position of CEO.

Accordingly, Mr. Nguyen Dang Thanh, former Deputy General Director of Sacombank was appointed to be Chairman of TTC and CEO of TTC LAND as a replacement of Mr. Bui Tien Thang.

Mr. Nguyen Dang Thanh was born in 1976 and archived Bachelor degree of Monetary Business (Banking) University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City

The new Chairman cum CEO, Mr Nguyen Dang Thanh, has 20 years of experience working in finance and banking, real estate and has held senior executive positions in many different companies, including: CEO of Hoa Lam Investment and Development Joint Stock Company, CEO of Indochina Urban Development Joint Stock Company, CEO of Vietbank, Deputy General Director of Techcombank, Deputy General Director of Sacombank Bank, etc.

With his new position at TTC Land, Mr Thanh will be responsible for strategic direction of organizational restructuring and simplifying the management system as well as promoting business, managing and utilizing capital, calling for participation of foreign investors.

In his inauguration speech at the annual general meeting of the company in fiscal year 2018, Mr. Nguyen Dang Thanh shared that:” TTC Land, formerly Sacomreal, with 15-year experience of establishment and development, has archived strong growth and was one of the pioneer wings in Vietnamese real estate market.

Dressing in a new brand, TTC Land will continue to have intensive changes to pursue business philosophy of customer-orientation as well as customer centricity; in order to reach strategic goal of the company that is not only targeting on profits but also bringing value added to customers through owning TTC Land’s products. Once this is done, the company’s brand will definitely bring great value to shareholders and investors".

Mr. Thanh also emphasized: “As the Chairman of TTC LAND, I will pursue and promote the process of bringing added value to customers to ensure that TTC LAND will step into a new phase with new styles in the market”.

Changing high-level personnel with new styles and working methods along with the target of fast and high-speed movement on a stable basis, it is believed that TTC LAND will create their own ability and value to grow sustainably in accordance with its principle "Change to succeed"
