TTC Land launches Kim Quy Island brand – shaping a new ecological urban icon in the eastern area of Ho Chi Minh City

On May 31, 2025, as part of a series of special activities on Tan Van Islet, Bien Hoa City, Dong Nai Province, the brand launch ceremony for Kim Quy Island, developed by Saigon Thuong Tin Real Estate JSC (TTC Land, stock code: SCR), officially took place.

The event marks a strategic turning point in TTC Land’s journey to develop premium ecological urban areas, reflecting the long-term vision and sustainable, humanistic development orientation that TTC Group has consistently pursued.

The program was honored to welcome representatives from the leadership of Dong Nai Province, Bien Hoa City, relevant departments, TTC Group’s board of directors, TTC Land, the project’s investor, as well as numerous partners, investors, and customers interested in the project. The brand launch affirms TTC Land’s new position in the premium residential real estate segment, while spreading the philosophy of developing connected, green, safe, and experience-rich urban spaces.

Kim Quy Island: unique position, origin of a value-based lifestyle in the heart of nature

Inspired by the image of the Kim Quy (Golden Turtle) in Eastern culture and the pristine beauty of Tan Van Islet, Kim Quy Island is being developed as a “miniature city” fully integrating modern amenities within a fresh natural environment. Covering a total area of 48 hectares, the project offers 571 townhouses, detached villas, and semi-detached villas, harmoniously distributed across three functional subdivisions, balancing private living spaces, open landscapes, and secure infrastructure. In conjunction with the brand launch event, the Kim Quy Island project’s investor officially signed a memorandum of understanding with TTC International Education JSC (TTC Education) to develop Yersin Primary School on Kim Quy Island, laying the foundation for the presence of an education ecosystem within the urban area.

Investing in education reflects TTC Land’s commitment to creating a comprehensive living environment where residents not only own a high-quality home but also benefit from a place to learn, grow, and thrive right within their community.

Speaking at the event, Mr. Dang Van Thanh, chairman of TTC Group, expressed sincere gratitude to local authorities for their support and favorable conditions enabling TTC to implement the Kim Quy Island project in line with sustainable development goals. He emphasized:

“Kim Quy Island holds a strategic location, just over 20 km from Ho Chi Minh City, at a key commercial gateway, adjacent to the Metro line and major transport arteries such as Ring Road 2 and Ring Road 3. This is an area with rapid and synchronized infrastructure development, directly connecting the economic triangle of Ho Chi Minh City – Dong Nai – Binh Duong. With land surrounded by the Dong Nai River and a cool, fresh climate, Kim Quy Island is not just a real estate project but an ideal living space for generations.”

According to Mr. Thanh, in addition to the premium product lines currently under development, TTC intends to expand in the future to segments suitable for middle-income customers, aiming to broaden access to a high-quality, humanistic living environment for a wider community.

“In the context of the real estate market’s gradual recovery, TTC is focusing resources on key projects such as TTC Plaza Da Nang, Selavia Phu Quoc, and now Kim Quy Island. On the same morning, the event also highlighted the spread of healthy and green living values through the “Stepping with excellence” running race, attracting over 1,000 runners.

The race marked the first time Kim Quy Island – a promising new urban area by the Dong Nai River – was introduced to the community in a vibrant, clear, and relatable way.

Beyond being a community sports activity, the race route was designed to pass through the project’s planning highlights, offering participants an opportunity to experience firsthand and visualize the living space of an emerging urban area. The race serves as a symbol of TTC Land’s philosophy: developing urban areas not only with concrete and design, but also with vitality, connection, and community spirit.
