TTC Land signs cooperation agreement with TUI Hotels & Resorts to operate the first TUI SUNEO international hotel in Vietnam

On July 3, 2025, Saigon Thuong Tin Real Estate Joint Stock Company – TTC Land (stock code: SCR) officially signed the hotel management agreement for TUI SUNEO Da Nang with TUI Hotels & Resorts – a member of TUI Group (Germany), one of the world’s leading tourism groups.

The signing ceremony took place at the TTC Plaza Da Nang project site, TTC Land’s strategic mixed-use high-rise complex in Central Vietnam.

The first TUI SUNEO-branded international hotel in Vietnam will be operated to global standards by TUI Hotels & Resorts. This event marks an important milestone in both parties’ market expansion strategies, while enhancing the value of TTC Plaza Da Nang – a project that is attracting strong market attention.

Strategic synergy between global brands

TUI Hotels & Resorts is a subsidiary of TUI Group, one of the world’s largest tourism and travel corporations headquartered in Germany. TTC Plaza Da Nang: A new commercial–tourism driver for the coastal city

Located in a strategic position on Dien Bien Phu Street – a bustling coastal axis connecting Da Nang International Airport, the administrative center, and popular tourist attractions – TTC Plaza Da Nang is a large-scale mixed-use high-rise development comprising a shopping mall, international hotel, serviced apartments, office space, and entertainment facilities.

Notably, the project’s four-story retail podium has been fully leased to Aeon Mall Vietnam to develop an AEONMALL shopping center, marking the first presence of Japan’s leading retail brand in the coastal city.

Earlier, on May 10, 2025, also at the project site, TTC Land held the topping-out ceremony and handed over the retail podium of TTC Plaza Da Nang to AeonMall Vietnam. Completing the topping-out and handover on schedule was not only the result of close cooperation between partners but also a key step toward soon putting into operation a modern, convenient shopping center – a place to inspire living, shopping, and experiences for the local community.

Cooperating with international brands such as AeonMall (Japan) and TUI Hotels & Resorts (Germany) has created clear value synergy, helping TTC Plaza Da Nang become one of the rare integrated commercial–tourism complexes in the city center, while increasing its appeal to customers, investors, and the resort real estate market.
