On May 24, 2022, TTC Group collaborated with Investor Toan Hai Van Joint Stock Company (TTC Phu Quoc) and Saigon Thuong Tin Real Estate Joint Stock Company (TTC Land) in Ho Chi Minh City, to successfully launch Selashine Commercial Street, which belongs to Selavia Complex and is located in Duong To Commune, Phu Quoc City, Kien Giang Province. The ceremony demonstrated the appeal of the Selashine Commercial Street product line in Phu Quoc, laying the foundation for future product launches and especially highlighting the investor and key distributors’ development and cooperation.

Along with that, strategic partners such as Kume Design Asia, Central Construction Joint Stock Company, Orient Commercial Joint Stock Bank (OCB), and others also participated in the event. TTC Land-S, in particular, has signed collaboration agreements with distributors such as Alphaland, Kakaland, An Loc Dien, Phu Quoc Homes, and Newland Capital.
